If you still have a problem, try re-installing the software. Remove all copies of the software from your master disk, restart the Mac, and install a fresh copy from your DataFrame Utilities disk. If you still have problems, call Technical Support for help. When you call, please have the version number of the software and the version of the System file you are using. (To find out the System version, choose "About the Finder" from the Apple menu.) The following are known incompatibilities: • SuperSpool 4.0 and SuperLaserSpool 1.11 cannot be used with MultiFinder or on a Mac II. • Sentinel 1.0 cannot be used with MultiFinder. • To use SuperLaserSpool with PageMaker 2.0a, you must use the Apple driver. SLS is not compatible with the Aldus driver. These problems will be fixed in the next edition of the Utilities disk, due out in late February to early March.
